Do you love quilting but find that long hours at your sewing machine leave you with stiff shoulders, aching backs, sore hips, or low energy?

You’re not alone.

One of the best things you can do for your quilting—and your overall health—is build strength, improve mobility, and create healthy habits that last. That’s exactly what we do in the Quilter’s Strength Tribe, and a few spots have just opened for our next 12-week session beginning in early August.

Why Strength Training Matters for Quilters

Quilting is creative and rewarding, but it also requires hours of sitting, bending, cutting, pressing, and repetitive motions. Over time, that can lead to tight muscles, poor posture, fatigue, and decreased strength.

Our program is designed specifically for women who want to:

  • Build strength and confidence
  • Improve balance and mobility
  • Increase energy throughout the day
  • Stay active while enjoying the hobby they love
  • Create healthy habits that actually stick
  • Feel stronger heading into the busy holiday season

You don’t have to be an experienced exerciser to join. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to become more consistent, we’ll meet you where you are.

Group 1 – SOLD OUT! Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7:00 AM CST 

  • Monday & Wednesday: 45 minute Zoom strength class with dumbbells
  • Friday: 30 minutes HIIT + 30 minutes of Zoom coaching

Group 2 – Tuesday & Thursday, 7 AM and Friday, 8:00 AM CST

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 45 minute Zoom strength class with dumbbells
  • Friday: 30 minutes HIIT + 30 minutes of Zoom coaching

Group 3 – Monday and Friday, 10:30 AM CST

  • Monday: 45 minute Zoom strength class with dumbbells
  • Friday: 30 minutes HIIT + 30 minutes of Zoom coaching
