we did a little sight seeing on our trip this weekend

this last week jake and i took a trip…yeah a super important one… one that confirmed where we’re moving and what we’ll be doing for the next oh who knows how long but we’re hoping for a VERY long time.

i need to finish looking at pictures, and pick a few to share… and more importantly i need to tuck kids to bed and answer questions like “will you show us around when we get there?”, “do they have a pool?” “are there a lot of kids?”

i’ll post pictures (and possibly open comments!) on where we’re re-locating to and if any one has any info of like best place to take the kids or great place to eat or “what ever you do you have to do this because you are so close to it.”
but untill then…
here’s a few hints:
it’s in the midwest…
i’ve NEVER been there before this last week…
the state capitol (which we’ll be two hours away from) was voted one of the safest place in america to raise a family in 2010.

I will be working this summer while my kids enjoy summer camp. And, I hope to get my daughter’s big girl room completed and convert the guest room to a nursery for our upcoming arrival. 🙂
